On June the 7th, parishioners joined Fr. Marek in the kitchen to prepare prosphora (Greek for offering). Starting with prayers, they went on mixing flour, water, yeast, salt, and love. They then rolled out the dough, made circles with cutters, piled them in pairs gluing them with water, stamped them, pierced them, and got them ready to be baked in the oven.
